1. CNC electrical box inspection: Before using the CNC lathe, open the CNC electrical box door, check various interface sockets, servo motor feedback line sockets, spindle pulse generator sockets, hand pulse generator sockets, CRT sockets, etc. If there is any looseness, it should be reinserted, and if there is a locking mechanism, it must be locked tightly.
2. Electrical inspection: Before use, the electrical control box of the machine tool should be opened, and the relays, contactors, fuses, servo motor speed, control unit sockets, spindle motor speed control unit sockets, etc. should be checked for looseness. If there is looseness, the normal state should be restored. The connectors with locking mechanisms must be locked tightly. For machine tools with adapter boxes, the sockets on the adapter box must be checked for looseness, and the wiring must be checked for looseness. For machines with locking mechanisms, they must be locked tightly.
3. Check the wiring of all buttons, switches, and indicator lights on the operation panel. If any errors are found, immediately handle them. Check the sockets and wiring on the CRT unit. The grounding wire inspection requires a good grounding wire. Measure the grounding wire of the CNC lathe, and the grounding resistance should not exceed 1 Ω. Check the phase sequence of the power supply using a phase sequence meter to confirm that the phase sequence of the input power supply is absolutely consistent with the calibrated phase sequence of the power supply on the machine tool.
4. Electromagnetic valve inspection: All electromagnetic valves should be manually pushed several times to prevent poor operation caused by prolonged power failure. If any abnormalities are found, records should be kept for confirmation of repair or replacement after power on.
5. Inspection of limit switches for CNC machine tools: Check whether all limit switches are flexible and fixed firmly. If any movement or fixation is found to be poor, immediate action should be taken. Check the buttons and switches on the operation panel,
6. Equipment with secondary wiring, such as power transformers, must confirm the consistency of the phase sequence of the secondary wiring. To ensure the absolute accuracy of the phase sequence in all parts of the CNC lathe. At this point, the power supply voltage should be measured and recorded
